KCG-D model is heavy loading high configuration machine,with powerful heavy structure,anti-interference, not only to achieve integration of fast accurate cutting and high automated equipment,but also to accomodate the most cutting technology for cutting.This model is well-designed only for the clients who have high cutting requirements.

◆Horizontal rail adopt Taiwan ABBA linear rail, longitudinal guide rail adopt fine grided 50kg grade heavy rail, to be sure stable running and high precision for cutting.

◆Drive system adopt Japanese servo and Germany planetary gearbox, cnc system can adopt high industrial controller(optional shanghai FANGLING FL5000,United states Hypertherm MicroEDGE, Burny etc.)with PLC for input and output control,with excellent stability and strong anti-jamming.

◆For plasma Arc voltage automatic Torch height controller, can be configured Germany WHC or U.S.Sensor and SC series according to cnc controller.

◆Plasma generator can be configurated imported Fine and laser class plasma power source.

◆According to the user's demands, can configurated sink dust(underwater plasma cutting) or professional extracting dust device on site.

Memo:Cutting method, namely cnc flame,plasma,both plasma and flame, straight or power spraying cutting machine can be customized.
